Free Registered Mail/delivery on orders over S$200. All Singapore customers’ orders of S$200 or more are eligible for free Singpost Registered Mail/delivery. The tracking numbers will be emailed to you for reference.
If you would like to self-collect the products, please indicate so in the email and there will not be any charges imposed on postage/delivery. Delivery is available at a charge depending on locations, so we strongly urge you to opt for registered mail. So hotdeal4u shall not be responsible for items lost or damaged via normal mail.

Delivery of orders
Your orders will be mailed out within 72-120 hours/ 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday if the item is available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your items within such timescales, however, some delays are inevitable as we may not have stocks on all products or caused by shipping delays and we seek your kind understanding and patience.
hotdeal4u shall not be liable for any loss or damages, or any other special, consequential or incidental damages suffered by the Customers neither nor will we be responsible any consequences that are resulted from incorrect information provided by Customers/Suppliers.
All products are delivered, posted discreetly in a package or box with absolutely no indication as to the contents unless otherwise stated. All "nudity" on product will be covered.
Batteries of any kinds will not be provided unless otherwise stated. Should there be any special request to include batteries, there will be charges on the sales of the batteries of any kinds.
