Cancellations and order changes
Submitted orders are considered final. No cancellations and order changes are allowed unless permission is granted by us (We will try to accommodate order changes or cancellation requests, but cannot guarantee our ability to complete them).
A 30-50% levy on total bill will be imposed for cancelled orders upon payment as deemed by hotdeal4u.
Returns/Exchanges Policy
Unless the return is a result of an error on our part or faulty product, hotdeal4u will not entertain any returns/exchanges due to hygiene reasons. We will make every effort to ensure that orders are correct before delivery.
For item(s) incorrectly supplied – Within 1 week after delivery of your order, you may return the item(s) purchased directly from hotdeal4u for an exchange. It is your responsibility to ensure that the items are returned to us in saleable condition and also to contact us as soon as possible.
For all specifications of products indicated, it is solely provided by the suppliers and hotdeal4u will not be held responsible if they have been indicated incorrectly.
However, hotdeal4u will not accept returns of the following:
(a) any item that is returned more than 1 week after delivery; or
(b) any item that is deem as used and soiled; or
(c) any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has any missing parts.
